I would guess by the liquor bottle on the roof that is been there for quite a while.
It’w funny because it’s in a awful condition. The windows are in fact made from metal plates and the headlights are not real but painted.. It’s silly.
The windows should be clear with a dummy cop behind the wheel.Maybe the tow truck has not got around to take it to the yard yet!
