      No it isn’t.Its made in Holland, in a town called Groningen by Hooghoudt.Majority of the production is exported to Russia.

    i think the best vodka is Ukranian vodka, like Khortitha, Medoff, Nemiroff, Soyuz Viktan, Blagoff etc.
    Texas vodka dont good enogh. it also concern to Russian voda
