        Doesn’t look like a true TS lens was used here. Just a “Lens Blur” with a “Gradient Mask” in Photoshop.

      The effect is too pronounced, needs a bit less blurring and more gradually. That’s what I had my guys do the other day when they were flying my plane really low around NYC and snapping photos…

      I only used 500,000 carbon credits worth of fuel! hahaha… Hey, who put that on the teleprompter!

      With a real tilt-shift lens it would be impossible to get buildings in the foreground and a road 1 km away in focus at the same time. So it is photoshop.
