Russia has some good meat products.Put some on buttered bread with some cheese and eat with what ever els the pretty ruska puts in front of you.Just have some tums with you.If you do not live there russian food will give you heart burn!

Hey, I can get you some really good goat sausage! My Dad makes some that’s so good that my spoiled rotten kids will even eat it. You don’t want to get any of the cutlets or roasts though; my step Mother labled the butcher paper with the names of her goats! So in the freezer they’ve got packages labled things like ‘Jimmy’ ‘Stinky’ ‘Snow White’ and ‘Tinker-bell.’

Kolbasa… for many Russians the only meat they can afford. Average wages went down to 17,112 rubles/pmonth in december [approx 500 USD]. Prices went up [once again] Bread and kolbasa [=sausage] are still affordable, though.
