    From the reflection on the glass, the chair was dropped from the top the the building in front of the car.

    Although, on second look, the windscreen wipers have been bent, so probably just random vandalism. Little toe rags should be beaten with a blunt instrument.

      You don’t live where the weather gets cold do you? That’s a precautionary measure taken so the wipers don’t freeze on the windshield at night :)
