      it looks like some kind of hideous toy. not like as if it were frighteningly powerful and therefore awesome, but just plain ugly in the way a misshapen toy would be.

      Yes it’s an amphybious vehicle that was mass produced. Lots of protective metal that they added doesn’t help it float probably.

      It’s a mass produced vehicle, not a hack by someone.
