Disposal of the Underground Passage

Posted on July 16, 2007 by

What do they do in Russia when the underground pedestrian passage becomes unusual? They simply close it, putting tons of concrete inside. Hopefully no old lady was left inside unnoticed in some dark corner before they started this operation. Or nevertheless did one of the workers got rid off his mother-in-law in such a way?

Nice job :-) the only thing, if they got rid of that subway why did they leave all those arnouning fences? wouldn’t it be more logical to remove them too and create empty space instead ? looks kinda ugly :-)

they just wait for someone to buy the territory…..so HE can pay to remove it;)

I saw this place with my own eyes!! It’s near my workplace, Sokol metro station.

The fences were removed some days later, and now nothing remains there was an underground passage
