It’s so cold in winter in Northern Russia that people in St. Petersburg decided not to waste money on heating their bar and made a bar made solely from ice.

You can enter for a fee of $12.

If you get the glass (well, ice) wet then it won’t stick. So wet your tongue alot, then rub it across the rim of the glass and drink.

    Pretty simple I’d say.

I don’t care who had one first or who has the most. It’s still a cool idea and an intersting piece of art. :)
